> DuckDooh is a self-service digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising platform for Brazil. Advertisers pick a screen, upload creative, pay, and the campaign is inserted into that screen's playlist. Happy path is automated; risky cases go to a human queue with a published SLA, never silent failure.

## What it is

DuckDooh sells advertising space on digital screens (painéis / telas de publicidade): digital out-of-home (DOOH), a subset of out-of-home (OOH) and mídia exterior digital.

The product is self-service. The advertiser:

1. Chooses a screen from the public catalog (/telas)
2. Uploads image or video in the screen's format (technical validation is immediate; invalid files are rejected, not auto-transcoded)
3. Pays (Pix, card, or boleto). Pix has a 5% discount on list price
4. Content is moderated. Most valid files auto-approve; flagged cases go to a human queue (about 2 business hours)
5. Approved campaigns go live on the chosen screen's shared playlist

There is no agency in the happy path. Renewal is opt-in: silence is not a charge. Cancellation is not self-service in the advertiser panel: contact support. Full refund within 7 calendar days if the campaign has not gone live; otherwise used time is re-rated day by day onto the next-lower catalog plans (annual blocks of six calendar months at the semestral price; leftover months and days at monthly), capped at the amount paid, minus a 10% fee on that residual only.

## Inventory (honest)

As of 2026-09-03 the public catalog lists screens in Camboriú, SC (see /telas). The first installed panel cited on the home hero is **Placar Society** (indoor media, Balneário Camboriú, SC). Circuito Esportivo is a five-screen portrait package on /telas (filter Circuitos) with a closed monthly price; the package page is /circuitos/{slug}. Painel Avenida (landscape) is sold separately. Four of the circuit screens are simulated catalog entries without a player. Screens may show closed tags (vertical and neighborhood) as visible chips on /telas; do not invent extra tags. Do not invent a national network, extra cities, audience numbers the catalog does not show, or a screen count beyond what /telas lists.

The company (MEI) is registered in Camboriú, SC. That is the locality to use for LocalBusiness markup. Street-level venue addresses in the catalog are whatever the catalog actually shows; seed data may still use a test label.
